Stayed for 1 night and was impressed by this hip new hotel. We had double room with an individual safe, air conditioning, and an iron. Good and perfect location near the airport was a plus. Really enjoyed our time at the property, thanks.

Honestly, the staff here were super friendly and helpful, which made a difference! The beds were surprisingly comfortable, ensuring I got some decent sleep during my busy trip. Plus, the hotel's decor gave off a nice vibe, making it a decent place to unwind after a long day.
The location was a bit of a letdown – nothing really nearby to explore. The restaurant options were pretty limited, too, and I wasn't impressed with breakfast. I had some awkward moments with the housekeeping staff entering my room unannounced, which is a huge no-no for me. All in all, not the best experience!

The room was a cozy retreat, equipped with essential amenities, providing a comfortable seating area and a flat-screen TV for relaxation.
I noticed that the room lacked soundproofing, making it difficult to enjoy a peaceful night’s sleep due to external noise. my experience had its merits but could be improved.

Would definitely stop here again, the hotel was neat, and location very close to metro station was exceptionally nice and perfect. The room was huge with comfortable beds and clean bathroom. Location: the property was adjacent to restaurants and airport. Had lunch/dinner at Hatam Restaurant, which I found just a pleasant stroll away from the hotel...

The food at Raha Grand was quite the delight-those classic Italian flavors brought me back for seconds! The bell boys were super professional.

central location, nearby shopping centers, cultural institutions
The late checkout policy needs re-evaluation!!! Parking arrangement was chaotic, leaving me frustrated and waiting. Noise levels from adjoining rooms were unacceptable, ruining any chance of a good night's sleep!!!

missingWrote a review on 28 Octkind staffgreat locationpoor maintenance
The location near restaurants and supermarkets made it easy for me to explore the area. The cleaning and restaurant staff were kind and attentive. I faced numerous challenges . Nobody helped with my luggage upon arrival, inconvenient. The toilet and washing basin were clogged and overflowing, causing discomfort. I experienced significant delays with maintenance, where it took two days for someone to fix the TV. Switching rooms was necessary after three days due to these issues. Even then, the new room had no hot water, forcing me to bathe in cold water. The lack of soundproofing allowed noise from neighboring rooms to disturb my sleep at night. Breakfast was disappointing with limited selection, providing the same cold items every day without any fresh options. While the price may be low, the lack of basic services can was good. I hope they address these issues soon.

I particularly enjoyed the breakfast served in-room, offering both convenience and a lovely start to each day. the proximity to a range of restaurants and the metro station made exploring the area easy and enjoyable.
I can just recommend this hotel.
